WearLinerPro provides mining wear plate and wear liner products and services, including but not limited to:

• Ceramic composite wear plates and liners
• UHMWPE wear resistant plates
• Custom wear protection solutions
• Technical consultation and support
• Supply chain integration services

3. Orders and Pricing

Quotations

All quotations provided by WearLinerPro are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and market conditions.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of written acceptance and, where applicable, deposit payment. WearLinerPro reserves the right to decline any order.

Product Specifications

All wear plate and wear liner specifications are subject to manufacturing tolerances. Custom products may vary slightly from specifications due to production processes.

4. Payment Terms

• Standard orders require 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• Balance payment due before shipment
• Payment methods: T/T, L/C, or other agreed methods
• Custom orders may require different payment terms

5. Delivery and Shipping

Lead Times

Delivery times are estimates and subject to production schedules, material availability, and shipping conditions. WearLinerPro is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Shipping Terms

Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) are specified in the quotation. Risk of loss transfers according to agreed Incoterms.

Inspection

Customer must inspect products upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Warranty

WearLinerPro warrants that our wear plate and wear liner products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions. Warranty terms vary by product type:

• Ceramic wear liners: 12 months from delivery
• UHMWPE wear liners: 12 months from delivery

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and abrasion
• Damage from improper installation or use
• Modifications made by customer
• Products used outside specified applications

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearLinerPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of WearLinerPro or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during business transactions, including pricing, technical specifications, and customer information.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
